What is the Sabr & Tears journal?
The Sabr & Tears journal is a guided journal of grief, faith and the hope of reunion. It offers a quiet space to reflect, process and hold your grief with intention, alongside your faith. Every journal comes with a small packet of marigold seeds to plant in memory of your loved one.
Who is this journal for?
Anyone walking through grief and looking for a companion that does not rush them past their pain. While the journal is rooted in faith, it is written to sit alongside wherever you are in your own journey.
What is included in the Sabr Set?
The Sabr Set includes the Sabr & Tears journal, a companion pen designed to be used side by side, and a packet of Seeds of Sadaqah. The pen is only available in our first 100 Sabr Sets.
Can I buy the pen on its own?
At the moment the pen is only available as part of the Sabr Set, alongside the journal.
What are Seeds of Sadaqah?
Every journal comes with a small packet of marigold seeds to plant in memory of your loved one. They grow best when sown in spring, so keep them somewhere cool and dry until then. The seeds are for planting only and are not for eating, and as a natural product, growth cannot be guaranteed. Some cemeteries have rules about planting at graves, so please check before planting.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Every journal arrives in a keepsake gift box, ready to give. Simply enter their address at checkout.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on every UK order, sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within one to two working days, and UK delivery usually takes two to three working days after that. During our launch, please allow a little extra time, as each order is lovingly prepared by hand.
Do you ship outside the UK?
At present we only ship within the United Kingdom, though we hope to offer international delivery soon.
Can I return my order?
Yes. In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving it, for any reason. Please return items unused and in their original packaging. If a journal has been written in or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect this. Full details are in our Refund Policy
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payment is processed securely through Shopify, and we never store your card details ourselves.
