We are the data controller of your personal information under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and the rights you have.

Information we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, billing address and delivery address.
  • Order details: the products you buy, your order history, returns and refunds.

  • Device and usage information: your IP address, browser, device type and how you use our website, collected through cookies.

A note on what you share with us

Our journals are made for people who are grieving, and some of you may share personal stories or details about someone you have lost when you contact us. We hold anything you share with care, use it only to reply to you and will never publish or share it without your permission.

  • To send you order and delivery updates, for the same reason.
  • To send newsletters, waitlist updates and offers, but only if you have signed up or opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. We rely on your consent for this.
  • To prevent fraud, keep our website secure and improve how it works, which is in our legitimate interests.
